Will the conversation be cut off when my credit runs out?
Yes, the conversion will be cut off if credit runs out. You will hear this message " Your account does not have sufficient balance to continue a call. Please contact your gateway administrator." You are advised to top up your credit before it runs down to zero to minimize any inconvenience. Remaining conversation time will be announced after you dial your number when the remaining time is less than 3 hours.


How can I recharge etone calling card?
We provide many convenient ways for you to recharge your credit.
You can either choose to pay cash, cheque, direct deposit or by credit card or BPay.


1. Pay with any of the major Credit Cards
• Fill in our web form and submit to us over the internet
• Call 1300 788 013 for credit recharge over the phone
• Fax your credit card payment authorisation to 03 9639 9626
(Important: User ID and User Name should be provided for credit recharge.)


2. BPay transaction
Find the biller code and reference number at the back of etone calling card and recharge etone card via telephone banking or internet banking. Please allow 1 business day for us to complete BPay transactions.


3. Pay by cheque or money order together with your user ID to In-Tech Telecommunications Pty Ltd at :

It is important that you fax or mail the application form and deposit slip details to In-Tech Accounts Department on (03) 9639 2168.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please call us for a new one. However, a new password will only be issued after we verify your ownership.

Why the system does not accept my User ID and/or password?
• Possible causes are:
• Enter a wrong User ID.
• Enter a wrong password.
• Forget to press the [#] button.
If you have tried several times without success the problem may be a result of your telephone set. Make sure that the operating mode has been set to ¡¥Tone¡¦. Most telephone sets have a button at the back or on the side to change their operating modes. Select the option "Tone".


How to use etone card in overseas cities?
Calling roaming is available in several overseas cities with nominal roaming fee. You can find the access telephone number at the back of your card. Follow the calling procedure. Each country has different dialing prefix. However, you should always dial our prefix 0011 no matter which country you are in. For example, call back to Melbourne : 0011 613 9xxx xxxx.

How can I save more?
There is no flagfall applies to all calls. However, dialling into our access number will be charged separately by the relevant telephone company. Our follow-on-call feature enables you to make "multiple calls-Press [#][0][#]" at the cost of one local call. It saves you money as you need only make and pay for that call.Our volume payment scheme also helps to save you up to 12% off our normal charge rate.
