1. The terms and conditions of Etone's current tariff will apply to your use of the Etone services; this is only a summary of those terms. A copy of the tariff terms is available upon request.
2. Credit purchased is not refundable. Credit purchased is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. You are responsible for the confidentiality of Password of accounts allocated. In-Tech will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of your accounts. You are recommended to update your password regularly.
4. Call rates and volume discounts are subject to constant review and change without notice to individual.
5. You acknowledge that communication and voice quality on the In-Tech network may be affected or interrupted due to domestic and international telecommunication traffic congestion.
6. Subject to the Trade Practices Act and other laws, In-Tech is not liable for any costs, loss, liability or damage, whether direct or consequential arising out of In-Tech's supply or failure to supply service.
